Description
A gorgeous original ES-330 TD in cherry sunburst. Just looking at the close-ups you can see the crazing in the patina as this piece just oozes vintage vibe. It's from the most desirable era for 330s too.

Wear and tear marks youll notice on receiving this guitar:
Near the bottom on the back slightly to the left of the centre pin, theres a series of small regular marks which may have been caused by a strap that go through the finish.
Wear on bottom of lower bout, probably caused by (original) case damage.
Two of the knobs have lost their reflectors.
Plating has faded or been abraded on the bridge pickup where it extends beyond the strings.
Wear on top front edge of pegboard above logo.
All these issues are shown in the pictures.

This is a highly desirable guitar, offered in good condition with a reasonable amount of wear and tear.

How does it differ from a 335 you ask?
This 330 has a 24¾" scale joining the body at fret 16 making it a much easier playing guitar, the 335 joins at 19 and has a block inside the cavity. The P-90 pickups give the 330 that rich bluesy P-90 sound thats so much part of the whole vintage package. You can be jazzy with the neck pick-up, bluesy with both and hard-edged with the bridge. Plus tone controls for each and just great playability.
Who plays them?
  • A moment's Googling yields
  • Grant Green
  • Brian Jones
  • Keith Richards
  • Bernard Sumner of New Order
  • William Reid of the Jesus & Mary Chain
