Here at Just Great Guitars, we know just how tricky it can be to choose the right guitar or amplifier especially when you are buying online and can’t always try things out in person.

In an age when almost everyone is using their computer or mobile phone/tablet to search for items to purchase online, it can be really difficult to find exactly what you want and then be sure that if things don’t work out, you won’t be left out of pocket. Call us ‘old school’ but we understand this only too well as musicians and that’s why we pride ourselves on making sure our customers get what they really want and if they aren’t 100% happy with their purchase, we will refund them with no questions asked.

As an example of this, Just Great Guitars recently supplied a UK customer with a beautiful vintage acoustic that for him just wasn’t quite right and without delay we arranged for its return and a full refund.
